Looking for the best and most efficient method of losing fat is something that a lot of people would like, whatever the purpose you have for dieting. With summer coming you may want to look gorgeous in your bathing suit or perhaps you want to get some more attention from the ladies guys, hey? Lets face it, everyone wants to look good.

For those that are searching for some effective fat burning diets, then here are some helpful tips for you.

You don't need to look at going on a fancy pants diet to lose weight. Reduce your sugar intake as the first step. It is a snap for the body to convert sugar into energy and your body will use sugars first above anything else. By reducing the amount of sugar your ingest, the body must then turn towards fat in order the generate the required energy. If you like a lot of people crave sugar (lollies, soft drinks, etc) then you can substitute artificial sweeteners to help your cravings for  sugar.

Another tip is to reduce your intake of saturated and trans fats you have. However, you shouldn't avoid them all together. Some fats are great for you, example fish and some oils like olive oil. Try and stay away from prepackaged sweets and chops which contain unhealthy amounts of fat and sugar. A lot of butter substitutes also are unsuitable and you should try and steer clear of them.

Saturated fats obstruct the flow of blood in your body and are much much harder to convert to power that your body needs to function on a daily basis.

Vegetables and Fibre are your best friends

You should be aiming to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. You should also be aiming for plenty of dietary fibre, but you can usually get plenty of that from fresh fruit and vegetables as well. You should try and get more then five servings per day as your goal. You can always add fruit to your morning breakfast, say your corn flakes or muesli and another favourite could be adding broccoli or cauliflower to a cheesy pasta dish.

Fat burning diets can be loads of fun if you use your imagination and look for new and creative ways to get your daily intake.

Exercise...Exercise...Exercise

If you want to lose weight, then it is crucial that you incorporate some type of exercise regime into your daily routine as well. Cardio workouts are a great idea, and so many different activities qualify as cardio workouts. Examples being:

  • Walking
  • Treadmill
  • Bike Riding
  • Swimming
  • Elliptical Machines
  • and many many more
If you can do 45 minutes non-stop of cardio workout, then you can burn some serious fat away. Using light weights during your session can also burn more fat as well. You can achieve your goals and dreams, you just need focus and determination.
